At cavel.shop, we believe in providing a seamless and transparent returns process. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate and ship your return.

Your return must be shipped within this period to be eligible for processing. Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and provide a return label if applicable.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, as part of your right to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can return your item for any reason, even if you simply changed your mind.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please make sure the item is:

  • In the same condition as when you received it-unworn, unused, and with tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Customized items
  • Swimwear, Lingerie, and Earrings

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you change your mind or order the wrong item, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
  • However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If There’s a Problem with Your Order

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. We’re committed to making things right, including covering any shipping fees for faulty or incorrect items.

International Returns

For returns from outside the UK/EU:

  • Please note that taxes and customs duties on international orders are typically non-refundable. However, your local customs office may be able to assist with reclaiming those fees.
  • To avoid additional customs charges, please mark your return as "Returned Goods" and ensure all customs documentation is accurately completed.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days. This refund will include the cost of standard delivery for your original order. However, expedited or premium delivery charges are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
